They say all great ideas are generated on the back of a napkin. In short, our goal at Spindustry Web Strategy is to sketch an idea on a napkin for you that you would be proud to hang in your formal lobby because that idea changed everything.
More specifically, we understand the world of interactive. We also recognize that all the technical understanding in the world is pointless without the knowledge that you are heading in the right direction and have that “lightning in a bottle” idea that separates you from the others. This idea might be a new service or simply a new way to present it, but we can work with you to develop new opportunities or simply tweak how you are presenting what you do today. Opportunity Review
The Quarterly Opportunity Review, which can certainly happen monthly as well, provides the ongoing companion to the Internet Opportunity Review. Success on the Internet is an ongoing battle and while getting things right up front is important, you have to monitor web statistics and other outcomes, and then revise based on that information to stay on top. In these quarterly meetings you will receive:
- a summary of web statistics comparing this quarter to last quarter and the same period last year
- a summary of current search engine rankings and the change since previous periods
- a summary of conversion information regarding action items and sales, where applicable
- results from previous recommendations
- new recommendations based on any challenges discovered

E-Business Forum
The E-Business Forum offers a unique opportunity to learn about the many ways the Internet can really work for your organization. Throughout the year (September – May) each Forum meets on a monthly basis for a half-day to discuss challenges, successes and changes in the e-business landscape. Forum leaders meet, in advance, each month with one of the Forum members to help identify an opportunity or challenge to present to the group for their feedback and encouragement. The Forum leader, from Spindustry Web Strategy, will always present the latest news and trends on Internet technology issues, creating a rich learning experience.
